Photoelectric Sensors

Photoelectric Sensors

ELCO photoelectric sensors are available in opposed, retro-reflective, diffused, and BGS diffused types. Opposed type: Detects non-transparent objects by interrupting the beam between transmitter and receiver; offers long detection distance and strong stability. Retro-reflective type: Detects objects, including transparent ones, by blocking the beam between sensor and reflector. Diffused type: Detects objects when the reflected beam returns to the sensor; standard diffused sensors are influenced by object color, while BGS diffused sensors are less affected, providing more reliable detection.

Distance Sensors

Distance Sensors

ELCO ranging sensors are designed for precise distance measurement and are categorized by detection principle into Triangular CMOS, Phase, and Pulse TOF types. Triangular CMOS sensors are ideal for short-range applications, offering micrometer-level accuracy. Phase-method sensors support longer distances with millimeter-level precision, while Pulse TOF sensors provide extended-range detection with centimeter-level accuracy. Together, these sensors deliver reliable and accurate measurement solutions for a wide range of industrial environments.

Fiber-Optic Sensors

Fiber-Optic Sensors

Fiber-optic sensors use optical fibers to transmit signals and interact with external parameters within the modulation region. By detecting changes in intensity, phase, wavelength, or polarization of the optical signal, they accurately measure the target parameters. These sensors offer high sensitivity, fast response, resistance to electromagnetic interference, corrosion resistance, and the ability to operate in confined or hard-to-reach spaces, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications.

Color/Digital Mark Sensors

Color/Digital Mark Sensors

Color recognition sensors detect and distinguish colors by measuring the intensity of red, green, and blue (RGB) light and analyzing their ratios. Digital mark sensors use RGB light for short-range detection, allowing users to set the optimal color scale and compare reflected light against the background. Color sensors, on the other hand, use variable white light for longer detection distances and can operate in multi-color backgrounds, accurately capturing subtle color differences on object surfaces and detecting up to 15 colors simultaneously, making them ideal for precise color inspection in industrial applications.
