Stay Connected Anywhere with the RUT200 Industrial Router

A Router is a device that connects different networks and sends data to the right place. It helps multiple devices like phones, computers, and smart devices share the same Internet connection.

Rut 200

RUT200 is a compact industrial cellular router designed to deliver reliable, mission-critical connectivity in harsh industrial environments such as automation, transportation, and manufacturing. With built-in remote management capabilities, the RUT200 ensures stable and secure communication for industrial applications.

RUT200 Industrial Router: Hardware Overview

The RUT200 is a compact, rugged industrial router designed to deliver reliable connectivity in demanding environments. It supports Mobile 4G/LTE (Cat 4), 3G, and 2G networks, ensuring flexible and stable mobile internet access. The router is powered by a Media tek 580 MHz MIPS 24KEc CPU, paired with 128 MB RAM and 16 MB flash storage, providing sufficient processing power for industrial IoT and networking applications.

For power, it uses a 4-pin socket supporting 9–30 VDC, and includes 1 external SIM holder (2FF) for easy cellular network setup. Connectivity options include 2 SMA antenna connectors for mobile networks, 1 RP-SMA connector for Wi-Fi, and two 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports one WAN (configurable as LAN) and one LAN. Wi-Fi functionality is available via IEEE 802.11b/g/n, which can operate as an Access Point (AP) or Station (STA).

The router also features digital input and open-collector output ports, allowing integration with industrial sensors or alarm systems. LED indicators display connection type, signal strength, Ethernet activity, and power status, providing clear visual feedback for quick monitoring.

Built for harsh environments, the RUT200 operates in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 75°C and is housed in a durable aluminium case with DIN rail mounting, complemented by plastic panels for easy installation. Its compact size (83 × 25 × 74 mm) and lightweight design (125 g) make it ideal for industrial setups where space is limited.
